Join Bishop Joensen and Catholic Charities for
Breakfast with the Bishop!
The hour will include a light breakfast and spotlight Catholic Charities Emergency Family Shelter located in Des Moines. Bishop Joensen will provide commentary about Catholic Charities and its importance in the 23 southwest counties that make up the Diocese of Des Moines.
Other speakers include Barbara Q. Decker, Catholic Charities Executive Director and Randy Jansen, Program Manager, Catholic Charities Emergency Family Shelter.
The Catholic Charities Emergency Family Shelter keeps homeless families together during a very difficult time in their lives. The goal is to help each family leave the shelter with stable housing, financial stability, and empowerment to live a successful, sustainable life.
