Support the Catholic Charities Emergency Family Shelter this Giving Tuesday!
The Catholic Charities Emergency Family Shelter helps families experiencing homelessness rebuild their lives. The shelter provides a fully stocked kitchen with food, appliances and tools for guests to use to make meals and snacks for their families. Our current appliances are between five and seven years old and need updating.
You can make a difference!
Catholic Charities Emergency Family Shelter guests use our appliances multiple times a day. Your donation will help us purchase well-functioning appliances to allow us to best serve our families in need as they save their earnings for their next chapter.
What YOU can do:
Your gift of any size will be combined with others to achieve our goal of updating all six of our outdated kitchen appliances!
- To replace both microwaves, we will need $850.
- To replace both dishwashers, we will need $1,200.
- To replace both refrigerators, we will need $2,900.
