CCHD (Catholic Campaign for Human Development) – Catholic Campaign for Human Development (CCHD) funds projects in our diocese to help people break the cycle of poverty for a lifetime. Typically grants will be made for no more than $1,500. A local committee will screen and recommend projects for funding to the bishop. Click here for the CCHD Grant Application.
Operation Rice Bowl/Catholic Relief Service – Proceeds from ORB support CRS development projects in more than 40 countries. Twenty-five percent of these funds remain in central and southwest Iowa to help respond to needs in the local community.
